OPENING SEGMENT
Outcome: Josh Nightingale kicks off the show as TXW celebrates it's FIVE year anniversary. The Badass is proud to be back as President to celebrate this special landmark. He always says the company going forward will continue to celebrate the past, the present and future of the company. He cites tonight as the best example of that with some of the matches on display. It's going to be an exciting night.

OPENING MATCH
Dakota Huntress (C) vs Jacob Williams
Stipulation: Global Championship / Dakota's choice
Result: In the opening Jacob Williams challenged for the championship again, this time for the final time. Dakota already picked the match stipulation as she went with a leather strap match. It proved to be a good choice at first as she used the strap to her advantage. She whips Jacob with it several times, leaving welts on his back. It went well with his face yet he wasn't going to enjoy being damaged in this way, not at all. Dakota is really brutal with them and even attempted to remove the protective face mask Jacob was forced to wear. It proved to be a mistake as Jacob pokes her in the eyes in defence and suddenly hits the Red Light [Superkick]. He hooks both legs and the referee counts to end this match in stunning fashion. Aubrey celebrates on the outside as Jacob Williams has won the Global Championship for a record THIRD time. No one in history has won it that many times yet he now has. He finally has a win over Dakota too after two previous losses. Aubrey celebrates with him , raises his hand as Dakota soon sat up staring coldly at him as this isn't yet over with.

SEGMENT
Outcome: The new Global champion is happy backstage as he has regained the title. He tells Jenny Gold that the bullshit ends tonight, saying how he is sick of all the random fights he has. Tyler York interrupts him and says Jacob can complain all he wants, but the Global title will never change no matter who the champion is. That's why he announces that he and Mike agreed there should be a big match at Genesis for the gold. Jacob is furious and went face to face with the Dark Oasis CO GM. Tyler didn't seem threatened as he then told him what he would rather do, defend his title against any challenger or give up the gold he just won. He's free to do either , there is no other option.

SECOND MATCH
Andrew Parker vs Ashley Ricci
Stipulation: Singles
Result: During the build up to the next match, Ashley Ricci was surprisingly quiet during the build up. That's after she lost to Raine last show. Here she seemed to bring a new focus as she took it to Parker early, looking to bounce back with a win. This is a woman who has held the World title and Legacy title in recent memory. Both reigns were forgettable however and for all the good she did at the beginning of this, it counted for nothing later when Parker gained back control. The Hacker wanted to damage her, force her to regret everything she has done to him and his wife Raine. It would take a lot and well it didn't end well for the man with vengeance on his mind. The Rebel found a way to get a step ahead, side stepping his flying knee attempt. That allowed Ricci to kick him into he fell onto the ropes, perfectly set up for Ricci's Rebellion [619 then double foot stomp]. The move gets Ashley the win, only for Raine to get into the ring after. She attacks the Rebel, beats her down and locks her in he Muta Lock. Ashley screams in agony as Parker then starts hitting her legs with the baton. Only the Bull stopped the pain as he rushes out and makes the Justice Bringers retreat. The tag team title match is sure heating up.

SEGMENT
Outcome: The British Bastard Vincent Underwood is doing his best to become good friends with Chloe Middleton, offering her all sorts of clique British things like crumpets a cup of tea etc. Chloe seemed to have no interest which causes Vincent to offer her a drink. He drinks from the flask which leads to a rant from the posh Brit suggesting those who drink all the time are nasty and smell. Vincent ended up pouring the alochol over her again then walking over. Chloe is furious, especially when Blair Black of all people was just watching on while holding her 'child' ducky. Is she back? Chloe just gave her a dirty look and went off to get changed as her match is next.

THIRD MATCH
Johnny Mercer vs Chloe Middleton & Vincent Underwood
Stipulation: Handicap Match

Result: Mercer had the challenge of taking on two opponents up next as he gets closer to challenging Pierce Kingsley for the championship. It seemed he would be on the test despite the fact Vincent and Chloe are not really a team, far from it. Once everybody is out there, Chloe decides to just low blow Vincent from behind. Mercer then lifts Vincent onto his shoulders and connects with No Mercy combo [GTS then Superkick], winning the match in under a minute. Chloe just left deciding she didn't want any part of this match and assisted with a quick night for the Legend Of Tomorrow.

SEGMENT / BECCA NIGHTINGALE INDUCTION
Outcome: Bobby Beckett interviews Mercer after his quick win, asking if it would have any bearing on what happens at Genesis. Mercer doesn't think it will as he doesn't think Pierce has many people who can challenge him, even if the numbers game is against him. Mercer said he proved he is one of the few who can defea him. He says it's his time to do it again on the big stage and become the NEW World champion.

After that at ringside Becca Nightingale is inducted into the Hall Of Fame by the entire FAB trio. It seemed fitting especially since Angelina Acid is already in the HOF. Becca made a speech pretty much saying she is the best Nightingale. [See HOF speech on TXW.com HOF page]. After it was done Zoey walks out and challenges either both the remaining FAB members to a tag match on the next Dark Oasis after their attack on Reality Check. The Women's champion isn't afraid of them, either of them. Diane rejects the challenge saying she is far too focused on helping out Matthew Taylor. That got booed as the group make fn of Zoey then make their exit.

FOURTH MATCH
Lauren Li vs Wrath [Preceding Becca Nightingale's Induction]
Stipulation: Singles

Result: The return of Lauren Li happens next as she sported a new look. She was ready to be as Lethal as ever to try to get revenge on the Beasts of war for the time they have taken off her career. A career high soon became a career low as she hasn't wrestled since losing a tag match against them when teaming with Aiden. Lauren didn't look very rusty as she is using her legs to do damage to Wrath , even kicking at that tree trunk leg as hard as she could without doing damage.

Wrath is just so much bigger than her and when he got his hands on her, he throws her around the ring like she was a small child. Wrath got carried away throwing her around as it ended with her hitting into the referee taking him out. The former World champion did end up grabbing Lauren by the throat, lifting her up then chokeslamming her for Future's Gift.

At this point the match is really finished yet the referee is down still. That allowed Aiden Calderwood, a man who has been on the end of countless attacks from the Beasts of War. He rushes in then sees Wrath look at him. Wrath is too slow to react as he is hit with the Clairvoyance aka Claymore Kick followed by an Atomic Leg Drop.

All of this gets a loud cheer as Lauren gets to her feet. She sees Wrath barely stayed down despite the strong kick. However he only sat up which allowed Lauren to then boot him in the face with the Taste Of Kora aka Bicycle kick. Those new boots would've come in handy as they seemed to do more damage than normal. Wrath stayed laying down as the referee soon made the count when Lauren laid on top of Wrath. There is no kick out as Lauren Li returns with a win after an assist from Aiden. Finally the two have got one over the Beasts.

SEGMENT / DAVE WILSON INDUCTION
Outcome: Prior to Dave Wilson being inducted, Pierce Kingsley is asked about the match he has next. The World Champion seems to be confident of getting through the team of Gabriel Hunter and Kry. He also sent a chilling warning to Mercer that his dream of becoming World champion will never come true, especially in the Corridor Of Hell. 

Dave Wilson is inducted next into the Hall Of Fame. This time we had the returning CJA who inducted his old rival. It was good to see him and despite being a heel most of his career, Dave Wilson is shown respect prior to making his speech. It's been a good career for him here in TXW but now it's over, at least when it came to his in ring career.

FIFTH MATCH
Pierce Kingsley vs Kry & Gabriel Hunter [Preceding Dave Wilson's Induction]
Stipulation: Handicap Match
Result: The World Champion was in action next as he took on his own handicap match. Unlike earlier where Mercer had it easy, Kry and Gabriel actually worked together to bring the fight to Kingsley. The champion shared most of the time in the ring with Gabriel Hunter, a man who is struggling to win a match recently. He did finally prove himself on TXW legends, yet hasn't done anything of note in front of the Toronto crowd in a while. Hunter has a lot of strength, which he displays in this match as even for a smaller man. 
Kingsley did in the end show why he is the champion as he got the better of Hunter, then dispatched of Kry who tried to get into the ring. Gabriel fights it best he can as the momentum swings, yet Kingsley is still able to win this match with the Say10 Spike [Pop Up Double Knee Breaker]. A disappointing end for Gabriel, yet the expected one.

After the match ended Johnny Mercer made his way out. He went face to face with the champion and even got a microphone. Justice will begin and the World championship will change hands, Mercer declares. Kingsley said simply that it will be dead just like Mercer's career as he knows without the world title, he hasn't fullfilled his goals. It's the chip on his shoulder that will never go away. That did seem to bother Mercer as the two men soon end up in a fist fight, leading security to seperate them to avoid the Genesis main event happening tonight.

SEGMENT / CRYSTAL SWEET INDUCTION
Outcome: Dean Creed is in the VIP box at the TXW arena with his lovely wife Madison. His legacy title is over his shoulder as he sat there while Jenny Gold is there to ask the couple a question about the main event. Creed is asked if he expects Matthew Taylor to get through the guantlet match later to set up a Legacy championship match between the two. The One Man Army smirks and says if Taylor really is that good, really is man of 2018, he will win the match. However he says that even if he does, the championship won't be his again at Genesis. Madison has her say and shows Creed's influence by stating she can't wait to see Matthew Taylor's face when he sees who his opponents are, most he may or may not have met before.
Switching away from this were over to Crystal Sweet's induction as the Legendary Baddest Bitch gets to take her place in the Hall Of Fame. She is inducted by Tyrone Marshall, who wore his ring gear to do so. It made sense as he is competing in a match next. After Crystal made her speech and seemed happy to have this moment to say goodbye. Crystal Sweet now joins the list of legends in TXW 2.0.

PRE MAIN EVENT
Raine vs Tyrone Marshall [Preceding Crystal Sweet's Induction]
Stipulation: Singles
Result: Tyrone returned to Dark Oasis next as he took on Raine. There is a lot of bad blood here as Tyrone aided Ashley in ruining the wedding between Andrew Parker and Raine. The red head's blood must be boiling at the thought of her wedding day. Even her win last show was tainted by the Rebel and the Bull. She sure as hell wasn't afraid of the multiple time World Champion, proving why she held the Legacy title for so long. She is a tough competitor and Tyrone struggled to deal with her, even with her being a lot smaller. She was just so vicious and was able to move out the way of his heavy attacks. 

The Bull did fight back as he did manage to get one of those heavy strikes in. Tyrone then went to the corner to signal for the finish. The snapper is about to be hit and everyone knew it in the arena. Suddenly on screen we see Andrew Parker, who wasn't ringside despite the fact Ashley Ricci was. It was strange and now we know why. Parker has Kay Ricci tied to a chair and is holding a baton near her head. This angered Ashley and distracted Tyrone. Ashley rushed to the back while Tyrone turned around only to be hit with Sweet Sacrifice then quickly pinned before he even knew what had happened. The Rebel turns back when she heard the bell ring, then sees how the plan had worked for the Justice Bringers. The screen went to static as Raine exited through the crowd. The Bull is not pleased with himself as that moment of distraction cost him dearly. At last the Justice Bringers can say they got one over the Rebel and the Bull.

SEGMENT
Outcome: Tyrone and Ashley are with Kay, who was freed backstage. She apologised for being used as bait like that. Ashley took it easy on her sister after all she has been through recently, while Tyrone is just pissed he lost on his return to Dark Oasis. He admits he hasn't shaken off his loss last year to Pierce Kingsley. It's obviously an effect he can have on you as Creed was never the same after his experience with Kingsley. Tyrone doesn't want to become someone who is never seen as the main event guy and vows to rip apart the Justice Bringers, starting at Genesis when they take the tag team titles.

MAIN EVENT
Matthew Taylor vs Five opponents chosen by Dean Creed
Stipulation: Gauntlet Match
Result: Main event time as Matthew Taylor has to run the gauntlet against FIVE other opponents. Win and he gets a shot at the Legacy title at Genesis. Up first in the match is Vincent Underwood, who already competed tonight, if that's what you want to call it. The Bastard is eager to do some damage in the main event as he does give Taylor a fight to kick things off. Taylor however is just on another level and manages to get past the Bastard in just over three minutes. One down , four to go.

Next to step up is a very angry looking Gabriel Hunter, who lost to Pierce Kingsley earlier in the night. This man looks unhinged as he looks to try get back to winning ways. He aggressively attacks Taylor once in the ring with him as he attempts to slow him down. Gabriel lasted longer than his former Kingdom buddy Vincent but in the end he was hit the Taylor-Made [Curb Stomp] also. It meant he is soon eliminated from this gauntlet match too.

At one point Taylor points up at the VIP box knowing Creed is up there watching all of this. You'd think he isn't that pleased so far as Taylor has got past two of the five. He might just do this, he might just earn the chance to be the champion. 

Next to step up is Tyler York, CO GM of this show. He's a part time wrestler so he seemed fine with taking a shot at Matthew Taylor, even if his record isn't great. He isn't like the rest of the roster who hit the gym every day. It showed as Taylor is actually bigger than him and is able to fend off his attacks. Tyler becomes yet another 'Kingdom' member to lose as he is finished off quick with another Taylor-Made. 

The fourth person in this Gauntlet match is a surprise as it's Madison, Dean Creed's wife. She came out with all smiles and energy as she is a livewire. Madison got in the ring and offered a handshake with that sweet smile of hers. Taylor went to shake her hand but she suddenly kicks him across the gut and then starts hitting him with forearms. Is the sweet side always just for show? She is a Wright after all, they more often than not had twisted personalities. 

Despite Madison showing a new side to herself, she gets booted in the stomach at one stage by Taylor, flooring her. Then he is quick on his feet as he goes up top, hits the Breathless aka Phoenix Splash and eliminates Madison from the gauntlet match. He's going to do it, he is now so close. 

The last person is Mike Malice, but he had a chair in hand. He gets in then hits Taylor with it, causing an instant disqualification. The Dastardly one is showing signs of his old self as he batters Taylor with the chair , not caring about the outcome. Creed appears at ringside and it seems he left the VIP box some time ago. Malice hands the chair to Creed who then hits Taylor more with it. Diane comes out to tell them to stop but they just continue into Taylor is a bloody mess. The show then ends with the One Man Army holding up his championship as he now has a new challenger, but what condition will he be in after this?
