OPENING SEGMENT
Opening: The sound of "Cruel Summer" plays as we are enjoying the Summer flavour here in TXW. This is the last Dark Oasis before the whole roster boards the Cruise , the one that has started here in Miami and will end in the Bahamas where Summer Mayhem will take place. It's going to be a major show, with big waves to be made.

OPENING MATCH
Chloe Middleton vs Raine
Stipulation: KOTR Round 1
Result: The KOTR tournament begins for 2019 which of course stands for KING of the ring. But these women look set to try and change that by becoming TXW's very first queen of the ring. It's a good one to open too as Chloe looked for revenge after being betrayed by Raine. 'The Crimson Curse' is no longer about Justice as she has set on her own path to become something more. She came out alone which shows what her new path really is, even if it was strange to see her without Andrew Parker. Even though he is still her husband, they have set themselves on their own path.

This one starts with the red head controlling Chloe, showing her no mercy and showing why she is a record breaker. Raine head butts her at one stage and even bite the side of her face, forcing Chloe to go on retreat to avoid any long lasting damage. 'The Know It All' is rattled clearly as Raine is unhinged and looking to leave her mark on a former ally, literally.

Raine plays with Chloe for a time , hitting a brainbuster on her and almost getting the win off it. She then proceeds to hit another one and then grabs the dagger in the sheave on her leg. She had TWO today as they were on both legs and one of them used to belong to Chloe, a former gift.

Chloe had to avoid being stabbed with them as the referees' warnings did nothing to stop the curse. Luckily for Chloe she is quick on her feet and manages to kick the dagger out of one of her hands. The other she tried to kick but it ended with her getting cut across the leg. That hurt but she kicked it out of her hand with the other leg.

A running knee to the face later, gave the Brit a big chance to win as she went up tot he top rope. 'The Know It All' then leaps off with a moonsault from the top and manages to get the 3 in a shocking win, many felt Raine would win this one.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Opening: Mike Hawk announces after discussion with Josh and with Tyler that the Summer Bash will go back to being exclusive for the women. It will also see the Women's title up for grabs with Emilia Pruzzi defending against the women's roster. It's not the first time it's been defended in the Summer Bash. He also announced that the fight for Mr Mayhem will also return to give those not in any matches a chance to become 'Mr Mayhem'.

SECOND MATCH
Dean Creed vs Chris Slaughter
Stipulation: KOTR Round 1
Result: Creed was in action next as he got to face a 'Beast Of War' in Chris Slaughter. Slaughter is the current tag team champion and would like to add 'King of The Ring' to his achievements. To begin with he picks away at Dean's injury, knowing he has suffered a few over recent months. The one time World champion is hit with a spinebuster and seemed to be on the verge of defeat. Slaughter even picks him up, carries him to the corner and sits him in the corner. He then walks to the opposite side, makes a run and then slams his knee right against Creed's face. It rocked him and then led him to being put in the bear hug, a move that has made many wrestlers in the past fade.

The fans got behind Creed, attempting to rally him. He was fading but the sound of his name being chanted, got him to fight out of the suffering. He gets on out, took three attempts to clothesline down Slaughter and got back into the fight.

It went back and forth for the next few minutes, even seeing a failed Creed bomb attempt. It was a struggle throughout for the Brit and it honestly seemed like there was no way past this wall.

In the end he did find a way after multiple punches and then a final pop up punch. It didn't even knock Slaughter down, it just dazed him. Creed then risked his back by setting up, lifting up then dropping the big man for a Creed Bomb. Only this time it wasn't a spinning sit out, just a sit out but it led to the cover. It also led to the win as Creed managed to advance to the semi finals at Summer Mayhem. With it he has also got the better of a beast after months of torment.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Opening: Pierce Kingsley is backstage and has little to say about the return of Emilia or the fact the beasts took her to mess with him. He only wanted to say that Eddie won't be taking his championship at Summer Mayhem and he best focus on keeping his Legacy one. He also suggested should the Scot retain, he'll be interested in becoming the double champion yet again.

THIRD MATCH
Lauren Li vs Gage Steele w/ Malice's
Stipulation: KOTR Round 1

Result: The KOTR continues after seeing Chloe Middleton and Dean Creed advancing to the Summer Mayhem semi finals. Lauren Li fought it out with Gage Steele in what many predicted would be Lauren's path to redemption considering how her year has gone.

It started well as Li shows she has recovered from all she has gone through as this is her first match since March, since the death match against Slaughter. At least this one wasn't a death match, not that it was easy as Gage wanted this big win. He wanted to put himself on the map after a slow start to life in the company. Many remember his defeat to Vincent Underwood, something most don't want to remember as the bastard wins so rarely. He did get his win back and has been winning alongside the Malice's, who are still present at ringside.

Li used some of her new moves, mostly forearms rather than just her kicks. It worked out well and she was on the verge of victory after her bicycle kick aka Taste Of Korea. Cover gets made but Tara got on the apron to distract the referee. It let Mike Malice get into the ring, but he wasn't expecting Lauren to viciously attack him the way she did. One kick caught him right on the bridge of the nose and sent him packing. It got Li a huge cheer as she didn't want to be denied a place in the semi final.

Unfortunately for her all the mayhem caused Gage to eye poke Lauren then gut kick her, set up and hit the Raging Canjun (Belly to back piledriver) on her. Legs are hooked just as Tara drops off the apron. Gage then pins Lauren for the three to advance to the semi finals of the tournament. Big win for Cajun Steele as he has booked his ticket to his first match on a TXW ppv.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Outcome: Tyrone is talking to Ashley after being removed from the Summer Bash. Instead his punishment will be to wear swimwear in his appearance in the Mayhem battle royal for the right to be Mr Mayhem. It can be a chance to have a mini revival as he sure is in need of one. For now he is hyping up Ashley, saying she can break the unbeaten streak of Denzel Brown and regain the briefcase SHE won at Immortality. The last thing Ash needs is to be involved in the Summer Bash again.

FOURTH MATCH
Jacob Williams w/ Aubrey Hudson vs Mike Malice w/ Gage Steele and Tara Malice
Stipulation: KOTR Round 1
Result: Jacob Williams competed next a she battle it out with Mike Malice. A win here for either man would see them join Dean Creed, Chloe Middleton and Gage Steele in the semi finals. We just saw Malice a moment ago as he got a kick right in the face from Lauren. It worked out well considering how it helped Gage get the win and advance. It might work out well here if the same can happen again.
We see it happen early when Aubrey was knocked to the floor by the vicious Tara, almost distracting Jacob long enough for Malice to steal the win. Luckily this time it sure as hell didn't work out as Jacob managed to kick out. He was irritated by all of this and shows what he is made of by getting the upper hand in the rest of the match. It left Gage and Tara concerned about how this was going to end. 
They started their antics again, with Tara being the one distracting the referee. Jacob however predicted it and sent Gage out the ring once he is in. He then fought off Malice hit him with a Revolution Knee aka Vegas Strip, then finished him off with the Red Light [Superkick]. He got the pin after that and advances to the semi finals. Are we looking at the 2019 King?

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Outcome: The Badass champion Roxanne is backstage and is keen to watch her back. She had too with the title always on the line 24/7. She is confronted by Kry, who starts trash talking her and says how she is just the worst member of the family, far worse than Tyrone or J.T Marshall. Turns out it was all a distraction as Gabriel attacks Roxanne behind, rolls her up and the referee counts her shoulders down for a 5 count. Gabriel has taken the title as Roxanne looks annoyed at losing the title like that.

PRE MAIN EVENT
Denzel Brown vs Ashley Ricci
Stipulation: Legacy briefcase title shot on the line / Ashley enters Summer Bash if she loses
Result: Third match happens next as Denzel Brown takes on Ashley Ricci for a third Dark Oasis in a row. The last time they met Denzel won on both occasions, which led to him becoming the holder of the briefcase with the Legacy title shot inside. It is a title he is targeting and he fully plans to put Ashley where he feels she belongs, in the Summer bash. 
He almost won right away after a boot right to Ash's jaw, but she was able to get a shoulder up when it looked to be all over with. 'The Rebel' had some extra fight in her, like she had more to prove after being written off so many times. She knocked the 'Black King' down and hit a springboard moonsault, getting a near fall off it. 
Denzel got back in control shortly after that, showing why he has so many wins over the last seven months. He puts Ashley through a whole lot of pain, slamming her hard into the corner at one point and almost winning off a German suplex into a pin. The fans were relived when Ashley survived there.
The blonde kept fighting and gained some momentum, into it was all shut down by a sudden Trouble In Paradise [The Revolution Begins]. Cover gets made as the fans went quiet expecting the end of the match right there. Only Ashley kicked out!
That stunning moment pissed off 'The Black King' who argued with the referee. He did focus back on her , only to be tripped up and ends up draped on the ropes. Ashley ran, hit the 619, grabs the ropes and jumps up onto them then comes crashing down with the double foot stomp. That was Ricci's Rebellion and she hooked Denzel's leg after the move, getting the three count and ending the long unbeaten run of Denzel. A great moment for the fans here in Miami. 
Ashley gets her briefcase back after and is happy to get it back. That's into the sound of the beasts is heard as Wrath and Slaughter make their way out. Are they about to go after her? Ashley got on the defensive only for Denzel to boot her right across the back of the head. That allowed the beasts to get in the ring, pick her up with ease then double chokeslam her down to the canvas.
Worse was planned as they looked to chokeslam her right out the ring but Tyrone rushes out in perfect timing as he catches Ashley just as she is thrown out the ring. They then both back away as 'The Bull' will remember what they tried to do here, how they tried to put Ashley back on the shelf.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Outcome: The Rebel and The Bull are met by Tyler York backstage as he confirms they will be in the Mayhem battle at Summer Mayhem. They will be joined by the two men they just fought, Slaughter and Wrath along with Denzel Brown. Seems the fight to be Mr or Miss Mayhem just got interesting.

MAIN EVENT
Eddie McGinlay (C) vs Matthew Taylor
Stipulation: Legacy Championship
Result: The main event was a match everyone was looking forward too as Matthew Taylor got a chance at revenge. Only it gets ruined by the fact Eddie isn't even at the arena and is instead decided to take the night off, despite being booked to defend the title. 
Tyler York and Mike Hawk had to address this but they are cut off by Taylor who starts running his mouth. He demands to be handed the title , demands that Eddie is stripped of it. Before there is an official answer, Pierce Kingsley interrupts. He has a microphone and said he understands that Eddie has decided to take extra time to prepare for him, a wise move since he felt he needed it to survive what would happen at Summer Mayhem. 
Taylor interrupts him and states that Pierce better get out of here before he kicks his ass. 'The Fixer' looked at the GM's and that's all it took to make the match official. Pierce Kingsley would instead be fighting Matthew Taylor, especially after all the trash talk.
It wasn't like it used to be however as Pierce Kingsley won the fight within minutes. Taylor still isn't 100% no matter how he tries to spin it. Even healthy he would struggle against Pierce, every one does. He was stubborn by kicking out a lot of moves BUT he was eventually defeated by the Say10 Spike [Pop Up Powerbomb with the End Of Heartache]. 
Not exactly a classic but a message sent by Pierce Kingsley. Or it seemed that way into Eddie was revealed to be there after all. He ends up booting Pierce right in the back. He then attacks Taylor, lifts him up and drops him for a Tartan Tomb [Tombstone] as the Legacy champion stands tall. Dark Oasis goes off air with the exciting prospect of champion vs champion ahead of us at Summer Mayhem.
