• Entrance: "Delude Yourself" hits as out walks the 'Legend Of Tomorrow' Johnny Mercer. His hood is up and he poses on the stage by putting his arms up in the air. He drops to his knees and closes his eyes as smoke then gathers around into you can no longer see him. The smoke fades away and he stands up unzips his hoodie and throws it to the ground then starts moving to the ring. He is embracing his life now as a Justice Bringer. Unlike Parker and Raine, he doesn't have a weapon of choice. He simply has his fists. He rolls into the ring , stands in the middle and then raises both his hands back up. No delusion about this, Mercer is more focused than ever. 

• Biography: Johnny Callum Mercer is originally from Chicago, Illinois where he was just an every day guy. In School him and his best friend Andrew Parker grew up wrestling fans which is something they always wanted to pursuit. At first it wasn't an easy task, they couldn't even afford wrestling school. So instead they started a band and played out gigs to try to raise money for wrestling school. Unfortunately even when they raised some money, all the places were booked up in Chicago other than one. Despite arguing Parker ended up taking the spot and Mercer found a school in California.
When he moved there he took up a job as an IT technician as there was never any promise his life long dream would happen. Lucky for him he was educated enough to get a job like that as it led him to his first real love, Rachel Sasha Slays. 

At the time Rachel was a glamour model who only met when Josh was hired to fix her computer. From there they feel for another and Rachel started to cool from her Hollywood lifestyle, mostly because she was becoming tired from it and felt fake as a person. 

They ended up being together for two years while Mercer was stuck in school. Unfortunately the broke up when Rachel took an offer to join a company in Toronto, meaning they couldn't work long distance. It was a blow for Mercer but it turned out to be a blessing.

The blessing came when TXW reached out to Mercer, who was still in wrestling school and struggling to find employment from a local company. He was recommended by Slays, who was now back together with Josh Nightingale, the President of TXW and at the time the man everyone thought was THEE boss. Turns out he was working under Brian White the whole time. 

Once Mercer was hired, he never had it easy as his debut was against a big Russian bad guy known as Aleksandr Grigory. Some thought Josh booked it to hand his friend Alek a title, some thought he was out to punish Rachel's ex. Neither turned out to be true and in the end Mercer WON the ladder match to win his very first championship in his very first professional match. Talk about luck.

His name the Survivor and underdog was born and years went by. He started very successfully by winning the IC title THREE more times and won the tag team titles with MMA fighter Ronda Rousey. He had a brief fling with her at the same time but she ultimately became too expensive for the company, hence why she left.

Mercer kept going but eventually his bubble burst and his early success became his own success. He had a string of failed relationships and was questioning if he was in the right business overall. Only he wouldn't give up, he had to keep going.

Lucky for him that he did as he eventually helped out Zoey Mathieu, who was being threatened harm by Frank Stone. Hell he even kidnapped her. Mercer was there in time and helped her get over her terrible experience. They eventually fell for one another and things started to turn around in the ring at the same time. Mercer was going down a good path.

Unfortunately wrestling can be cruel as Mercer went back into Limbo after a short spell with the Global title. Isaiah Thorne was just too much for him, even if the so called rising superstar lasted five minutes in TXW. It still left Mercer in limbo and questions being asked.

Eventually he had enough and turned heel by beating up DJH, who was a lumberjack in a match. He then did the unthinkable by dumping 2017's hottest woman Zoey. At the time he called it a break as he wanted her to use it as motivation to get better. It didn't work and the two became very sour towards one another, especially when Mercer joined the Justice Bringers.

Mercer found success again alongside them as he won the tag team titles twice. He also found love again as he hooked up with Ashley Ricci's twin sister Kayleigh, who won back a contract with the company. 2018 was kind to him but he expects 2019 to be even better.

• Entrance: "Johnny's Rebellion" hits as the beginning lyrics set a calm tone as Mercer walks out with his hood up on his long trench coat which has a hood and is tattered. He lifts his head, closes his eyes and put his hands together like he is calm. His name is screamed out by many different voices as Mercer's destruction by Kingsley is shown on screen and he is told to wake the fuck up. He pulls down the hood takes off the trenchcoat and throws it to the ground. He lets out an angry roar and air kicks then steps forward as he walks to the ring. 

He walks to the ring and rolls on in as he then just paces around, ready to fight, ready to damage someone as much as he has been damaged himself.

At the turn of the year Johnny defeated Pierce Kingsley in what was his biggest win of his career to date. He followed that with wins over Matthew Taylor, Chloe Middleton and Vincent Underwood. He did lose alongside his fellow Justice Bringers and Matthew Taylor as they lost to Pierce Kingsley, Dean Creed, Tyrone Marshall and Ashley Ricci. 

It led to him facing Kingsley for the gold in a Corridor Of Hell which saw him finally win his first ever World Championship. It was the beginning of his feud with Pierce as the two would go on to fight in a non title chain match. That set up the rematch which was a three stages of hell match at Immortality. It would turn out to be a horrible night for the Survivor as he ended up with a broken leg and also several brain trauma which ended his World title reign. It also headlined how dangerous Pierce Kingsley can be. 

Eventually in 2020, Mercer would return with this Jekyll and Hyde type persona as he defeated Kelly Nightingale at Bloodlust to finally send her into retirement.

Entrance: "Jekyll // Hyde" hits and out walks Johnny Mercer slowly with his focus on the camera. Behind him is his brother Hyde who goes closer to him and whispers something into his ear. Mercer lowers his head and thinks about what is said as he reflects on things, those watching unsure what is going on in his head. Hyde shouts for him to wake the fuck up and pushes him in the back as Mercer looks more fired up as he aggressively walks to the ring. He kicks over the steps and then starts pulling away the mat away exposing the concrete. He rolls in the ring and then removes his trenchcoat then throws it out the ring. He walks in a circle and mouths that he is awake, he is ready for a fight. He goes to the corner and squats down, running his hand through his hair as he waits on his opponent.

Biography: Johnny Callum Mercer is originally from Chicago, Illinois where he was just an every day guy. In school him and his best friend Andrew Parker grew up wrestling fans which is something they always wanted to pursuit. At first it wasn't an easy task as they couldn't afford a wrestling school in the area. So instead they went with their second love which was music and started a band. Parker was on vocals while Mercer was good with the guitar and before his long term brain damage, Benjamin Mercer was on drums. They played a very gigs to raise money for wrestling school and gathered enough money to send at least two of them into the school. Benjamin had no interest and ended up working as an Undertaker. 

Mercer and Parker attempted to join a school in Chicago but unfortunately by the time they had the money, all spots were taken other than one which led to the friends arguing about who would take it. 

Eventually Parker did and Mercer found a place all the way in California meaning he needed to move from his beloved Chicago.  When he moved he took up a job as an IT technician as there was never any promise his career in wrestling would work out. Of course he never gave up and one day by chance he was hired to fix a woman's computer in the local area. That woman turned out to be Rachel Slays , who he found out was a wrestler. They bonded over their love of wrestling.

 At the time Rachel was a glamour model but had grown as a person and became more down to earth , regretting a lot of her behaviour as a member of Team Blondage. Mercer watched a lot of tapes with her and fell for her hard. 

They ended up together for two years while Mercer was stuck in school, never being able to break through into a company. Most of the time he was making one off appearances at local companies, never sticking to one. 

Unfortunately his relationship with Rachel ended when they became more of a long distance relationship when she moved to Toronto to work for a company called Total Xtreme Wrestling 2.0. It was a blow for Mercer and he struggled with it for a long time, especially since Rachel found it so easy to get a good wrestling job while Mercer had no such luck. 

The blessing did come one day as TXW did eventually reach out to Mercer as it turned out Rachel recommended him, allowing him to finally start life. There was no happy reunion between the two however as Rachel by then was back with ex Josh Nightingale, who turned out to be the President of the company or well by then everyone thought he was the owner. Of course that turned out to be Brian White, not Josh. 

Once Mercer was hired things felt awkward as the first match he had was an IC Championship match that paired him with Josh's best friend Aleksandr Grigory. It felt like Josh had a problem with him, maybe because he was an ex of Rachel's. It also felt like Josh was trying to hand his friend a title by making him face a rookie like Mercer. Neither turned out to be true however as Mercer upset the odds and became a champion on his debut with the company. 

His name as the Survivor was born as he became an underdog and survived things he wasn't expected to survive, he won matches everyone expected him to lose. He started very successful and had THREE reigns as IC Champion and even won a tag team title with MMA star Ronda Rousey who had a short year with TXW. Mercer found success again alongside them as he won the tag team titles. He also found love as he connected with Ashley Ricci's twin sister Kayleigh, who won a contract back with the company at the time. 2018 was kind to him and he expected 2019 to be even better.

Later he rejoined a group led by his best friend Andrew Parker known as the Cult of Justice which was far different from the Justice Bringers as nothing is normal about them. Eventually he accepted Kelly as part of them as she shockingly ended up dating his older brother, which summed up the year 2020. 

In 2021 TXW closed it's doors and Mercer moved to FWAR where he teamed up with Raine and Hyde as they formed a new group called 'The Carnage Bringers'.
